Unfortunately AlaHomes Realty does not finance any of the homes or properties we sell.  Additionally, due to the fact that the majority of our homes are foreclosed properties the seller will also not finance these under normal circumstances.  When owner financing is available it will be disclosed in the ad for that property in our Listed Property section.

Happily we at AlaHomes Realty have wonderful working relationships with a variety of banks and mortgage companies throughout Central and East Central Alabama; but unfortunately we a prohibited from recommending any specific one to a potential buyer.   Our best advice to a potential customer seeking to buy a home from one of our clients is to do what we would do in the same situation.  Approach the bank or credit union where you do business as this has proven time and time again to be the best avenue to obtain financing. 

Remember there are a variety of loan programs available to suit a wide range of buyers and if you are turned down at the first institution you approach don't give up home ownership is the right of all American's.
