AlaHomes Realty proudly services the counties of Central and East Central Alabama and would love to sell your home or property.  Please call our office at (256)761-0009 or contact us via e-mail at Sales@AlaHomes.com to set up an appointment or speak with an agent.  We specialize in corporate clients with REO properties who want the same level of service anyone walking into an agency off the street would receive; however we also list and sale properties for individuals as well including pre-foreclosure and pre-bankruptcy sales. 

Commission

There is no set commission and all services are negotiable.

Contracts

Alabama law requires all listing contracts have both a start date and an end date.  We realize that being "locked" into a contract is unappealing at best for most people so AlaHomes Realty has adopted an open door policy with regards to listings.  Our policy is simple- if at any time you are not completely satisfied with our services the contract ends and you owe nothing.
