We provide yard signs and field all calls directing them back to you. When you can’t take the calls we’ll do it for you.
- For $299.99 we will list your home for 6 months and provide the same outstanding level of service to you as a For Sale By Owner as the 2 month package but you get 2 months for free!
Full Service Listing - You set the selling commission (if any) we handle all of the details from listing and advertising to showing and setting up the closing for you for a modest commission. We will beat any quoted commisson for similar services.
